Queen Mathilde visited MFI Fusion at the end of 2017. She was impressed by the personal conversations with the enterprising women who were able to earn an extra income thanks to microcredit. Fusion only grants credits to women. The first loan of EUR 0.8 million in Indian rupees granted by BRS Microfinance Coop in 2017 was paid back in full in 2020. The second loan of EUR 1 million, which runs over three years, will be paid back in 2021.
