The Faitière des Associations de services financiers de Guinée (FASeF-Guinée) is a cooperative microfinancing institution accredited by the Central Bank of Guinea in 2015 with the mission of offering financial and non-financial services to its members through a cooperative approach, sustainably contributing to improving their living conditions as a result. 

A postgraduate degree in cooperative entrepreneurship brought BRS consultant Johan Tyteca a lot of new knowledge. But it was meeting the members of a women's cooperative in Uganda that brought the deepest insight. "Finally I fully understood the cooperative idea 'together we are stronger.'
